You may Print the Workshop registration form.
Please fill all the fields mentioned in the form.
Please draw a cheque in favor of " Journey Institute of Practical Studies, payable at Delhi for the prescribed amount.
Please call us on 07428167356 to confirm the above details
We will send our authorized pick up representative who will:-
Deliver the Entry Invitation card to you to participate in the workshop
Pick up your form duly filled in and collect the registration amount by way of cheque.
Your registration is complete.
Please Note:
In case you are not available and have not been able to complete the formalities as promised during telephonic conversation, resulting into
our representative coming back without completing the formalities from your place, you will be levied a service charge of rupees 500/- for our
representative visit to your place.
Please clarify all your doubts and questions with the relationship associate on the aforementioned telephone number itself, as the pick up man will only be responsible to deliver the entry invite and collect your form and payment that is duly filled in. Registrations once made cannot be refunded.However,in extreme circumstances, where in due to unavoidable reasons, you are unable to attend the workshop on the respective dates- you may choose to renew your entry invite to be eligible for the next workshop, as and when organized by the Institute.
Once we start accepting payments on line, you may register for the workshop on line as well.
